Buying online is easy. We have samples of most of our rugs and can send a square sample of this rug directly to your home, so you can see it in the very space you intend for it to go. It's the easiest way to shop for rugs, no matter where you are in New Zealand.

Our system requires a deposit which is fully refunded when the sample is returned. For 1-2 samples the required deposit is $50, and for 3-5 samples the deposit is $75. Please contact us to order a sample.

Alternatively, a larger sample of this rug may be on display at a Warwick Fabrics Showroom. We suggest phoning to check first.

We recommend a non-slip underlay should always be placed under rugs. It will stop the rug slipping, create more depth underfoot and lessen wear on the rug. It also prevents the risk of dye transfer to the under surface and helps protect timber flooring. Sun exposure for extended periods of time may cause fading. Items should be rotated regularly to minimise colour change and damage. It is best to vacuum your rug before any dirt is embedded, ideally twice a week in the first few months. Vacuum regularly with low suction power. Avoid direct sunlight where possible. Shedding of fibres from new rugs is to be expected and will reduce with time.

Spot treatment:
We recommend treating spots and spills immediately with warm water and paper towel. If the stain persists, contact a professional rug cleaner as soon as possible. Do not scrub rugs as it may cause permanent pile damage.
